1. You Will Look 10 Years Younger
Dental implants will help you to look and feel younger because they prevent bone loss. By preventing bone loss that would normally occur with the loss of teeth, your facial structures remain normal and intact. The chances of wrinkling and looking older before your time are less likely.
In other words, every day that you continue wearing dentures, or having missing teeth, you experience bone loss, which makes you look much older than you are. By using dental implants, your facial structures and jaw bones remain strong, healthy, and intact.
This is especially important when all the teeth have been lost, because the lower third of the face collapses if implants are not placed to preserve the bone.
2. Overall quality of life is enhanced
with replacement teeth that look, feel and function more like natural teeth. You will look younger and more attractive which will allow you to be more confident and enjoy smiling, laughing, and talking to the others.
3. You will live healthier life now
because you can chew the food better which will prevent malnutrition and stomach problems due to poor digestion. Fresh vegetables and fruits are back on the menu! You can now eat the foods you like!
4. Implants will help you to really enjoy your food
You will be able to taste foods better. Wearing an upper denture can prevent someone from tasting the food well, as the roof of the mouth is covered with the denture. With implant supported replacement teeth, it is not necessary to cover the roof of the mouth, so you can truly enjoy the taste of the food.
5. More confidence in social situations
Most of our patients love their new implants because of their improved appearance, function, comfort and health. Implants allow you to relax and not to worry about your dentures moving around, popping out, or gagging you. You’ll never worry about your dentures flying out when you laugh, sneeze, cough, or when you eat. Also, the improved appearance of your new smile will have people to give you compliments galore.
6. Your mouth will be restored as closely as possible to its natural state
By replacing the entire tooth as well as the tooth root, it is possible to replicate the function of natural teeth, with a strong, stable foundation that allows comfortable biting and chewing. Also, nothing in the mouth looks or feels false or artificial!
7. Eliminate Denture Adhesives FOREVER! Since the dentures are securely attached to the implants, there is no need for messy denture adhesives.
8. Your other teeth will not be affected When missing teeth are replaced with implant supported crowns and bridges, the adjacent natural teeth are not compromised or damaged

How Implants gave a "frustrated" Housewife back her smile.

Janet was a middle-aged housewife who saw her smile deteriorates over the years through neglect and bad genes. She started getting cavities and experienced bone loss. Many of her upper teeth were extracted because of decay and bone loss. She ended up needing to wear a full upper denture, which she hated. Janet said it made her feel old like her grandmother. She also complained that it gave her a “caved in” look when she took the denture out. But her biggest complaint was that because she had a strong gag reflex, she was actually gagging on it a lot of the time.
There wasn’t enough bone to replace all her upper teeth with implants, so she had four implants placed. Onto those four implants was placed a solid bar which a thin, sleek, and incredibly stable denture clipped over. This clip-on denture gave her the benefit of the full set of teeth, just like a regular full upper denture. However, the clip-on denture was much more secure and did not cover her palate like a regular denture. She was so excited about how much better she could taste her food AND experience the temperature and texture of her food. If you wear a denture now, I don’t have to explain that part. .
Often, as people age the bone underneath the missing teeth melts away, making implant placement impossible without invasive bone augmentation. So if you are considering implants, time is of the essence. Janet was glad she did it. Not only does she love her new smile, she’s not gagging anymore and she’s able to eat whatever she wants again. And she looks ten years younger.
